What if I can’t attend in person?
We understand that not everyone can make it to Paris, so we offer a digital ticket option. This allows you to participate in the conference remotely, with access to live streams of all sessions and exclusive Q&As with our speakers.

Is the ticket price worth it?
Without a doubt! The value you gain far exceeds the cost of the ticket. Plus, securing your spot early will lock in the lowest possible rate.

Can you then explain the price?
Here is how the price for a dotAI ticket is split:

25% is for the food for 2 days: breakfasts, lunch, multiple breaks, happy hour. We want to provide you quality food with multiple options (for vegetarians, or any other food restrictions).

20% is the location (theater). One of our main differentiators is that we aim to welcome you in the best theaters Paris has to offer, while giving you access to wifi, and ensuring it’s at the very center of Paris for easy transportation.

20% is speaker related fees: we cover transportation and lodging for speakers so that we bring you the best profiles wherever they are in the world, we also rent the theater the day before for them to rehearse in real conditions and give you the best performance the next day.

15% is live-streaming, tech and video/photo fees. A real talk is best enjoyed when a qualitative camera crew is here, and everything runs smoothly on stage.

10% is goodies and staff fees.

10% is marketing and overall company expenses.
An important part of the financement of our conferences is that we forbid any sponsoring of talks done on the main stage, which means none of our content in the theater room is supposed to sell you something. A lot of the finances come from the tickets rather than sponsors, in order to keep the content marketing-free.

I'm a freelance/student, and I can't cover my ticket. What can I do?
We get that freelance people and students don’t get the chance to have an employer that can pay for them. That’s why volunteering can be a great way to attend, give time, and experience backstage. Volunteering means you're helping the organizers before the event and during, for a limited time (eg. 3 hours), you will then have the rest of the event to enjoy for free. CHILDCARE
There will be a room dedicated to childcare inside the venue (limited to 8 children, ages between 1 and 6 years old), so that you can focus on the conference and see your child at any time during the day.

Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final and non-refundable. However, you can easily change the name of the person who is to appear on the badge online, from the confirmation e-mail you received once your order was validated. For any other change, please contact us at contact[at]dotconferences.eu

Can I pay by invoice?
You can pay by invoice but you must create first an online order. Once the order has been created, you will receive your invoice with our bank details to pay via wire transfer. Your order will be confirmed as soon as we receive your wire transfer. You will then receive your access badge to the conference. If you need any assistance with your payment by invoice, please contact us at contact[at]dotconferences.eu

What if I don’t print my badge before arriving at the event?
It’s better to print your badge ahead of time so you’ll avoid the line at the entrance to print it. We’ll have a printer for attendees who are unable to print it but we strongly recommend to print it before your arrival in order to reduce the line and offer a smoother experience.
